There is a lot of truth to this quote by Brian Tracy; scientific truth… We live in a Universe where every light wave, cell and particle of matter is connected at the sub-atomic level. In Quantum Physics the action of scientifically viewing matter at the sub-atomic level requires the observer to be considered part of the experiment. The act of observing changes the outcome of the research – our consciousness and instinct becomes interwoven into the fabric of the observable outcome.
Therefore even your smallest thoughts, feelings and actions do matter. Each mental imprint and outward action creates this ripple of energy that will affect innumerable outcomes in your life and those that surround or are connected to you. This quality is what explains karma, the power of prayer and positive and negative manifestation.
People can easily fall in a rut which can include bad luck, bad karma or just unforeseen challenges. We think that these negative things that happen to us are not our fault. Yet, the scientific connections to the Universe transcend our daily life. What we think is what we are.
Remember, what you allow to arise will continue to arise… Be more aware that we are all connected in this Responsive Universe. Our thoughts and actions do matter. Further, we have in our power the ability to be happy and successful. Be mindful of your actions and surroundings and see the truth that is our connection to everything; this sublime relationship that defines our connection with humanity and the Cosmos; from which instinctual energy and all forms arise…

I believe this to be true…. but still, I am having a hard time changing all my thoughts into positive ones
Sounds like you are doing great… the first step is to be more mindful of your thoughts… sounds like you are… The second step is to slowly change more negative thoughts to positive thoughts as well as actions and reactions; emotions and feelings…… slowly change your intent, disposition and confidence toward wellness, positive energy and happiness… it won’t happen overnight but small steps forward will be giant leaps later.. My father believed in “self-fulfilling prophesy” and was always very optimistic. He cautioned against negativity. His motto was “onward and upward, bigger and better!” Think positive and good things will happen. I believe this as well. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

For the last couple of years, I have practiced giving a lot more attention to what I am saying, thinking, and writing. I desire everything that I send out to come back in the same manner by which it was sent. In doing so, I have notice a tremendous difference in my life. Also, I think it’s equally important that we guard our thoughts and what we say about others, as well. Oftentimes, the negative energy we have towards others has just as strong of an affect on our lives. Observing and releasing any useless energy the moment we notice it is a crucial part of taking charge of our karma.
